This video is a demonstration of the My Files tab and Order Completion.
The My Files tab allows you to view which files you specifically are interested in. It will include files for which you are the escrow officer, escrow assistant, sales person, or title officer, and files that are currently assigned to you.
The Order Completion feature, gives you a single place to mark your files as “finished”, rather then having to decide between closing dates, disbursement dates and different finished departments.
If you are just getting started with this feature and need help completing a backlog of files, we would be happy to help you set all files in certain departments completed.
Update: You no longer need to select the final department. Clicking the completed or cancelled button will automatically move the file to the assigned department.
