Getting There

The Amortization Schedule can accessed from the main menu. Select => Apps | Amortization Schedule, or use the Ctrl + Alt + A shortcut.

 

Description

The Amortization Schedule/Calculator will allow you figure mortgage payments very quickly.  Simply apply the Amount, Periods, Interest Rate and Payment Amount.  Clicking the View Amortization Schedule button will show you a report that is broken down into pay periods, showing you the payment amount, how much of that payment is going to interest and principle, and the ending balance all based off of the information you provided.

 

NOTE: The Amortization Schedule can be printed by selecting File | Print or by using the Ctrl + P shortcut.
